Humand in Paraguay
As an official Humand partner, we roll out the employee experience platform in Paraguayan companies: onboarding, internal communication, surveys and shift management in a single mobile app.
Book a demoWhat is Humand, and who is it for?
Humand is an all-in-one employee experience platform, headquartered in Buenos Aires and used by companies across Latin America. It brings together in a single mobile app what used to live scattered across Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and shared folders: new-employee onboarding, internal communication, surveys, performance reviews, benefits, shift management and digital document signing.
It works especially well in companies with a distributed workforce, such as retail, manufacturing, services or logistics, where employees spend little time at a computer but do have a phone.

What an implementation with Nodica looks like
Four phases that run from discovery to sustained adoption, with an estimated rollout of 3 to 6 weeks.
- 1
Discovery & initial setup
1 week. We load the organizational structure and define the priority modules.
- 2
Setup & branding
1 to 2 weeks. An app with your company's identity, modules configured and integrations (Slack, Google Workspace, payroll).
- 3
Team onboarding
2 weeks. Internal launch, role-based training and change communication.
- 4
Adoption & support
Monthly support, usage optimization and expansion to more modules.
Timelines are estimates and reflect the cases Nodica has already modeled; the final duration, scope and proposal may vary and are confirmed after each company's initial assessment.
Implementing isn't the hard part. Adoption is.
The difference between an implementation that works and one that dies within three months is how the team adopts the tool. Our work doesn't end once Humand is configured: we support the first 60 to 90 days with usage metrics, feedback sessions with leaders and internal-communication adjustments so the app becomes a natural part of the day to day.
What companies it works best for
Humand delivers most where informal communication no longer scales.

Deskless operations staff, with digital onboarding and shifts.
Services with field staff
Delivery, technicians and maintenance connected wherever they are.
Restaurant chains
High staff turnover solved with fast onboarding.
Logistics
Shift coordination and communication for teams on the road.
Companies with 30+ employees
When informal WhatsApp communication no longer cuts it.
Frequently asked questions
What is Humand?
Humand is an all-in-one employee experience platform, headquartered in Argentina and used by companies across Latin America. It brings together in a single mobile app onboarding, internal communication, surveys, reviews, shift management, benefits and digital document signing. It's designed especially for companies with a distributed workforce (retail, manufacturing, services).
How long does it take to implement Humand?
For the cases Nodica has already modeled, a typical implementation takes between 3 and 6 weeks: discovery and setup (1 week), setup and branding (1 to 2 weeks) and team onboarding (2 weeks). These are estimates: larger companies or those with many integrations may need more time, and the actual duration is confirmed at the initial assessment.
What company size does Humand work for?
Humand works best in companies with more than 30 employees, where informal WhatsApp communication no longer scales. It's especially effective in companies with field staff or multiple branches: retail, manufacturing, restaurants, logistics, healthcare and technical services.
Does Humand replace a payroll system?
Not directly. Humand covers the employee experience (communication, onboarding, surveys, benefits and shifts), but payroll processing stays in your current payroll system. It can integrate with existing systems so time-off and shift management automatically feed payroll.
Does it work on old Android phones?
Yes. The Humand app is built for a distributed workforce, where an employee's phone may be a mid- or low-range model. It works on Android 6+ and iOS 12+, with low data usage.
How much does Humand cost?
Humand is billed per active employee per month, and our implementation and adoption fees are quoted separately. The exact price depends on company size and the modules contracted. Send us your company's details and we'll put together a fixed proposal after the initial assessment.
Why implement it with a partner instead of directly?
Because the difference between a tool that works and one that dies within three months is how the team adopts it. As an official partner we support you through discovery, setup with your brand identity, integrations with existing systems, the team launch, and the first 60 to 90 days, where it's decided whether the tool lives or dies.
