Odoo Implementation in Paraguay
As an official Odoo partner (Ready Partner), we implement the ERP in Paraguayan companies with a productized package: an estimated go-live in 15 to 25 days, scope and price locked after the initial assessment, and SIFEN electronic invoicing included.
Book a free assessmentWhat is Odoo, and why we chose it
Odoo is a modular open-source ERP: instead of buying separate software for invoicing, accounting, sales and stock, every module lives in a single database and they talk to each other. It comes in two editions: Community, the free open-source edition, and Enterprise, which adds extra modules and official support.
For Paraguayan companies, Odoo solves two common problems: the fragmentation between Excel spreadsheets, legacy systems and external invoicing tools, and electronic invoicing under DNIT, which we handle by integrating Demit, our electronic invoicing platform, natively with Odoo's sales module.

What an Odoo implementation with Nodica looks like
A four-phase methodology aligned with Odoo Implementation, with an estimated go-live of 15 to 25 business days, not 6 months.
- 1
Kickoff & discovery
Days 1-3. A workshop with your team: we map processes, products and customers, and lock the scope. Deliverable: a scope document and signed plan.
- 2
Configuration & data
Days 4-12. We set up the environment, configure the modules, integrate SIFEN invoicing via Demit and load the initial data: customers, products, suppliers and balances.
- 3
UAT & training
Days 13-18. Testing with real business cases, live role-based training and final adjustments.
- 4
Go-live & support
Days 19-25. Assisted go-live, intensive support through the first week and hand-off to ongoing support.
Timelines are estimates and reflect the cases Nodica has already modeled; the final scope, price and duration may vary and are confirmed after each company's initial assessment.
SIFEN electronic invoicing, included via Demit
Electronic invoicing under DNIT is solved out of the box. We integrate Demit, our SIFEN electronic invoicing platform, natively with Odoo's sales module: no third parties, no manual data re-entry and no extra cost on top of the base package.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to implement Odoo?
For the cases Nodica has already modeled, a standard implementation takes between 15 and 25 business days, organized in four phases: kickoff and discovery (days 1-3), configuration and data loading (4-12), UAT and training (13-18) and go-live with support (19-25). These are estimates: the actual duration depends on each company's assessment and is confirmed, along with the scope, at the initial assessment.
How much does it cost to implement Odoo in Paraguay?
We work with a productized, fixed-price model. The implementation is a one-time payment from USD 1,800 (50% upfront, 50% at go-live) and includes the assessment, configuration, data loading, SIFEN integration via Demit and training. After that, a monthly subscription from USD 79 covers managed hosting, backups, monitoring and support. These are starting prices: the final amount depends on each case and is confirmed at the free initial assessment.
Does Odoo integrate with SIFEN?
Yes, and it's included. We integrate Demit, our electronic invoicing platform, natively with Odoo to issue and receive electronic documents under DNIT, with no third parties and no manual data re-entry. The Demit integration is part of the base implementation.
What's the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
You start on Odoo Community, with no license cost, and we manage the whole infrastructure: hosting on Hetzner Cloud, backups, SSL and monitoring. Community covers most operations. Enterprise, at USD 24.90 per user per month, is added when the operation scales: official Odoo SA support with an SLA, a native mobile app and Odoo Studio, among others. The migration from Community to Enterprise is handled from USD 500, with no data loss.
Do you migrate data from my current system?
Yes. Loading the initial data (customers, products, suppliers and balances) is a standard part of the implementation. We work with Excel exports, direct connections to your previous database or your current software's APIs.
Do you offer support after go-live?
Yes, and it's included in the monthly subscription: managed hosting, daily backups, SSL, 24/7 monitoring, security updates and support by email and chat during Paraguay business hours (GMT-3). Response times are under 4 hours for critical cases and under 24 business hours for the rest, with no minimum-term commitment.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
Yes. We are an official Odoo partner in Paraguay, at the Ready Partner tier. That gives us direct access to Odoo SA support for critical cases, Enterprise licenses at partner pricing and a team certified on the current product versions.
